Grilled Calamari

Tender Falklands calamari plain grilled in our famous IL Gusto spices

FILETTO al FIORENTINA

Char-grilled fillet steak, finished Italian style with a bit of olive oil & a hint of garlic, served with homemade chips & vegetables.

ITALIANO STEAK ROLL

Beef Fillet strips pan fried and topped with caramelised oinions, rosa tomatoes, rocket and a creamy pesto mayo.

MEDITERRANEAN PASTA

Prawns, calamari, mussels & clams (in Shell) simmered in an olive oil base with a hint of garlic, chilli flakes, spring onion and a dash of vino bianco.

CRÉME BRULÉE

Baked dense custard, cooled then topped with caramelised sugar

a cream glazed pasta with beef fillet strips, danish feta chees, mushrooms, rosa tomatoes and a touch of chilli.

triple decker waffle wedges with ice cream or cream, drizzled with maple syrup and toppes with bar-one sauce.

romano focaccia

A herb and garlic focaccia, tossed with blue cheese, rosa tomatoes, mixed seeds, cracked pistachio and rocket drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

gambemari

6 big prawns butterflied and grilled, accompanied with falklans calamari & served with rice and a lemon butter sauce.

pollo piccanté pizza

spicy chicken, mushrooms and peppadews topped with avocado.

midollo osseo (marrow bones)

marrow bones Italian style, course salt crusted & roasted in our clay oven, garnished with parsley & red onion and served with lightly toasted bread.
